We want you obsessed with every order. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached.

Non-returnable items (hygiene)

For health and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Swimwear and bikinis
  • Underwear, shapewear and bodysuits
  • Beauty and cosmetics
  • Hair accessories, earrings and pierced jewellery

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

How to start a return

Email shop4thegurls@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
